Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PimpMyGEO ("the Service"), operated by PimpMySaaS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PimpMyGEO is an AI-powered content generation platform that creates GEO-optimized blog articles from Reddit discussions. The articles are designed to improve your brand's visibility in AI search engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini).

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

  • The Service is billed at $199/month per site after a 3-day free trial.
  • Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges.
  • You may cancel at any time through your billing portal. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of a charge for refund requests.

5. Content Ownership

  • You retain full ownership of all articles generated for your account.
  • You grant PimpMyGEO a license to process your business information solely for the purpose of generating content.
  • Articles are generated using AI and publicly available Reddit discussions. We do not guarantee the accuracy of all claims in generated content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
  • Generate content that is misleading, defamatory, or harmful.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform.
  • Resell generated content as a competing service.
  • Exceed your monthly article allocation through automated means.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will notify you of planned downtime when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

PimpMyGEO is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to generated content remains available for 90 days. You can export your articles at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
